2017 Canopy Award
Chris Noth was awarded the 2017 Canopy Award in honor of his contributions to the New York Television Community. Noth is a two time Golden Globe Nominee. He is known for Law and Order, Sex and the City, The Good Wife and most recently Manhunt: Unabomber.
The award was presented by Chris McDonald. McDonald is a renowned comedic actor knowns for his roles in Happy Gilmore, Thelma and Louise, Requiem for a Dream, The Good Wife, and more.

After quitting as the Grim Reaper, Death dives into life head-first with dating, intramural soccer leagues, ball-room dancing classes, calligraphy...you name it. While leaning on his mom and brother (Mother Nature & Cupid), his bumbling grim reaper replacement Garrett, and even his spoken-for love interest Laura, his strained relationship with his father (God) sours. When he finally confronts the old man, a verbal spat turns physical, leaving all of humanity to face the aftermath.
